I, too, use the Hot Shots products. I use EDT in each tank full and have used 32oz of the diesel extreme in my 22,000 miles of ownership. One big shot after 5000 and then two 8oz shots over the last 2500 while I was limping through the Service ETC problem.

TC Diesel, the active (rolling) regen should get hot enough to create the ash from the soot and the exhaust pressure will expel the ash, right? The filter is not meant to be serviceable or to capture all the soot/ash.
