I had my Arbitration hearing yesterday and I received my aproval for buy back today FINALLY.
FCA has 30 days to send the check after I except the Arbitration ruling.
I would like to ask opinions again!
With all the egr issues and flash issues.
Isn't the number 1 issue, the carbon killing the valves, rings etc and contamination of the oil!?
It seems a lot of owners talk about the lag and the AEM but, nothing is getting rid of the carbon.
FCA needs to fix...
So, I'm reading the aem warranty and I'm confused which is nothing new but, the warranty states 10 years 120000 miles, and 4 years 48000 after aem is installed.
Can someone please straighten this out for me please. I only have 20k mi and 3 years old and may get the aem within 2 weeks or so.

Kept in climate controlled shop.
Never washed with anything that touches the paint. Leather smell is still strong.
Noticed a continuous lag and took to dealer. Sooted egr cooler tube, cooler etc and leak in cooler. Fluid 1.5 inches low.
