Does anyone know if there is a rebuild kit specifically for the RAM turbos?
I see that Amazon has a generic kit, but I have had one of these apart, and I do not see the metal crush washer that goes between the halves of the casing...
Just installed a long block in my truck, and I'm wondering if anyone knows the break-in procedure for these engines? There is a section on this in the owner's manual says these engines "do not require a break-in period due to their construction" (??). Anyway, just curious if anyone else has info.
Does anyone know if the Ecodiesel is internally or externally balanced? I need to swap out a crank, so I have to determine if I'm just balancing the crank or the whole rotating assembly.

I'm looking at the real possibility that I need to remove one of the cylinder heads on my 05 Ecodiesel to extract a broken glow plug. I'm wondering (for those who have gotten into these engines), are you using the factory camshaft timing tools to reassemble?
