Code P249C-00 and P04DE-00came up. My Truck starts rough and literally has no power to back out of the garage. Any idea what it is and how to fix it

I took the EGR tube off and cleaned it. It was very dirty and the port on the bottom was plugged. I also removed the MAP sensor and cleaned it with MAF cleaner. I reinstalled everything and it is good as new. Thanks for the help.
