I bought truck new installed GDI tune when I had about 500.km. I now have 122,000.km and still haven’t had any trouble.

Your experience is most reassuring. I'm on the fence with my ed. We hear about the negative experience most of the time when people complain but rarely when the news is positive.

Bought 2015 Bighorn new in 2016. I have 112,000 miles on it with no issues (knock wood!). Oil changed on time everytime. Getting into changing trans and diff fluids. Plan on keeping the truck as long as I can.
