2016 Ram Ecodiesel loss of power

Catalytic converter plugged up and no power since changing it. Mileage down 10% , trans heats up when towing because underpowered , help!, Great hesitation when accelerating , no the truck I bought , can not keep it as is as we farm ,, pull loads routinely , any suggestions , dealer can not help .

How much weight are you pulling? Also, if the truck isn't regenerating properly, the DPF will clog up.
