Diesel heater cord location

wondering is all eco diesels have a heater cord and if so where is it?

It should be on the passenger side by the radiator under the rubber flap.

Southern States do not come with power cord that's an option, most northern states truck will come with cord. Regardless of location living all 3.0's come with heater installed at factory. There is a You Tube video of installing the cord, the video leads one to think it's easy running the power cord but trust me it's a pain in the arse, very tight area..
