Fuel Filler Cap

Don't know where to post this..... I don't like the fuel filler cap that came with my 2016 ST 1500 diesel.... so I used a 1.5" ABS plumbing pipe cap.... fits over the filler perfectly and I glued a magnet on the top to hold it on the filler door while fueling....works well.... Looks good. There are some fancy billet ones out there for over $20. You just did the same thing for next to nothing cost wise. Enjoy the savings!

Well my truck is an ST not a Laramie or higher trim level....lol.... I most always put function ahead of looks ... ;) ..... Great idea on the other cap John Jenson.... the one I have fits well and covers the opening so dust can't get around the rim of the opening...that's why I prefer this one
