It may stay pending until they receive conformation that the AEM was performed and installed, what the site says and they do seem to differ.

This is what I am seeing when I go to Track claim..

A friend of mine just traded in his EcoDiesel for a 3/4 ton RAM with the 6.4 Hemi, and claims he's getting over 17 mpg. I guess we'll wait and see. My old 2000 Quad Cab with the 360 'Magnum' V8 never got north of 14 mpg on a two-lane, 60 mph highway trip in the 16 years I had it. Like you, it got maybe 12 mpg empty, and pulling our trailer, it couldn't pass a gas station. (6-7 mpg)

I had a 2015 Mega Cab 4X4 with the 6.4. On trips it'd do almost 20. 4.10 gears. Around town was in the 12 range.

4.10 gears churn out a lot of RPM's. I think my 2000 had 3.55 final gear but was still a gas hog.
Just did another weekend trip with my camper and the EcoDiesel only got 9 mpg on primarily a highway trip. (A couple miles to and from the expressway, then about 45 miles of open road.) I used to get 12-14 mpg pulling the same trailer before the emissions update. On my way home I was in SLOW highway traffic (40-50 mph) and it wouldn't even get north of 11 mpg. Definitely not the same engine. Runs a LOT hotter pulling the trailer now too; temp was usually around 201 - 203 degrees; now consistently at 210 - 215 and the cooling fan is constantly running.

Been ready for another smaller diesel for months. 110,000 miles on mine. Actually towing a toy hauler the next few weeks. Looking at the 2019 Cummins (fuel mileage sucks) , the 2020 GM 3.0 and the new Ecodiesel for 2020.

Curious if there is still the same reluctor ring in the 2020 Ecodiesel. Have not been able to find that out yet.

I think I will keep my 2016 Ecodiesel, but out of all the ones you named I think I like the chev. If I wanted to haul a large load all the time, I would go with 3/4 or half ton. It would be the new Cummins.

Toyota has the Hi Lux and Its indestructible. I drove one across the Atacama desert TWICE. I'd be all over it if were allowed here in the US.
If they built one in a half ton they have my interest .
