just got a survey from FCA

Bought the truck in November and got a request for a survey this week. In the survey I mentioned the concerns we have regarding the oil cooler asembly multiple times. I also mentioned how many members of the forum expect to trade out of the trucks before the end of the warranty period.

Hopefully my thoughts make it to the right people lto fix this problem. Otherwise I praised the truck.

Oh almost forgot I expressed concern on how expensive an oil change is.

Your feedback sounds perfect. It's really sad how some dealers are taking advantage of customers because it's a "Diesel".

having computer problems with my 2015 ec0 diesel eng light on and will not take fuel properly could not use remote start all winter now they think i middled with it disgusting
