Low cabin heat/even less at highway speeds

Hi Guys,
I am hoping someone can help, I’ve got a 2014 outdoorsman and have been having cabin heat issues for the last 6 months.
It takes a very long time for my truck to throw any cabin heat and even when it does it’s not very hot. My father in law has the same truck and blows much hotter. When I’m on the highway it blows even less hot air, doesn’t matter if it’s on defrost or through the vents. My coolant temp is correct, heater core hoses are hot, I am assuming it’s a hvac issue. I live in Alberta and can’t take another cold winter!! Haha

It may be a malfunctioning 3 way coolant valve or thermostat.

Rob,
Did you ever find a solution to this problem? I have been experiencing similar issues and what little I can find does not give a consistent cause or solution. Thanks in advance?

Check your coolant. I have the same issue when the coolant is low. coolant is leaking in the egr cooler
