Oil Update

Had the dealer change the oil and do the oil update as they call it, they did the transmission updates too. Also had the blower motor replaced because it went out the day before I was going to take it in, 6600 miles, hope it's not a recurring ordeal. Has anyone else had the updates done to their trucks? I really like the transmission update because it doesn't seem like the truck is constantly shifting down low and the engine stays in its powerband a lot better. Don't know about fuel economy yet because it's a little early to tell, but I like the update overall.

Anymore info on the transmission update? I missed that...
It's part of the oil spec update on the 2016's, the tech sheet isn't very descriptive on what it's supposed to accomplish, but I read somewhere it's supposed to prevent it from down shifting to a higher gear at low speeds
