I have been contacted by a Law Firm regarding their representing me directly against FCA. Has anyone any knowledge of a class action lawsuit?

Checked state lemon law for Mississippi but only good for 1st 12 months.

What is everyone doing. waiting, selling, trading??

Getting ready to contact lawyers over problems that I'm having. Not sure if anyone has had this problem but.. Truck is showing that its overheating but in all reality it isn't, no error codes, nothing, but it's going from 220 degrees to 250 in about a second, I'm telling the service department that's it's either a bad ground or the sensor is bad. It makes the truck unsafe to drive because it shuts the power down by 80% and it's like right now when it does, nothing like rush hour doing 70 to 35 with no where to go. I was told by the dealership that they don't "chase" imaginary problems..I've taken photos of what's going on and no help.

Welcome to the site, I would find a new dealer and call FCA directly.
