Come across this today. It doesn't really affect us as we have 2014's and newer (at least if you have an EcoDiesel )

Not sure what to make of this. Think it's more of a sly move to boost sales then anything. More then a few consumers will pull the trigger on a new vehicle once they get to the dealership I'd bet.
