Looks like I gotta start trying to find another engine or go to big gas or Cummins. Even meticulous upkeep couldn’t keep her going. Should have stuck with what is a proven platform.

Yep, loud knock. Towed it home, tried to tinker, locked up the rest of the way. Gotta find another powerplant or sell the whole thing.

Parts yard and get a pull out seems to the route most take here lately. Most are disgusted and sell after that, as I don't blame them honestly. Keep us updated on the path you take!

I’ve been looking at refurbished and warrantied, then wrecked trucks. I’ll have to buy a get around truck til then.
