SOOT into INTAKE MANIFOLD EVENTUAL SWIRL VALVES AND INTERNAL ISSUES, FCA CLAIMS?

If I am following the stock program and getting proper dealer maintenance intervals and also know what the carbon(SOOT)is doing to the engine (AND the FCA and owners too!) how come there is no EGR design change to trap the soot. I have read and watched every idea out there from EGR Deletes to oil catch cans but why is the FCA not being held accountable. This soot issue will be an issue for most owners right after the warranty. The FCA knows this and is riding all ED owners who remain stock to be "plugged" later physically and with the bill$. Why is there no FCA bulletin available to the public on this soot issue or remedy that is manufature approved?

Planned obsolescence / GREEDonomic leading to build as cheap as possible so that big fat bonuses paid to Legacy Auto's top execs is the main reasons for Nations' waste in time and money, lack of productivity and downward spiral Thanks to FCA, GM, Ford, Nissan, etc... Who could not care less about me and you dealing with their State of Art Planned Obsollesence.

Here is the Banks Intake manifold solution (No Plastic, No Swirl Valve) which require some software update too:
Has anyone used this and could report on it's improvment over factory?

Stellantis is in decline, I doubt there will be customer support for any of us with Eco Diesels. I did a delete, and I wish I had done it years ago, more power, no def, no regen nonsense or soot issues, cooler temps, no lag, just win win.

did you keep the stock intake with the delete or did you change to something else? I am looking to use the BANKS intake with mine but was hoping to find some more info here.... Also which delete did you go with? I am leaning towards the Diesel Dudes.

Did you do an egr delete or have some sort of egr filter?
I just did a delete on my 2015 @104K miles. I did the full delete (removing EGR, and applying block off plates). But the only other way is to do a “partial delete” or “Stage 1 delete” which is removing the EGR Valve tube coming from the EGR cooler that’s going into the intake and applying the necessary block off plates to intake manifold and EGR cooler. But you are still susceptible to the EGR cooler cracking and the soot leaking into your coolant (what happened to me even after the EGR recall). I went with EOCPerformances full stage 2 delete kit. I highly recommend you get the Waterproof can us plug kit so you can take your truck into the car wash and not worry about your plugs frying your CANBUS. I also highly recommend getting the transmission tune with it due to the increased torque from the tunes.

Which tune did you go with? Do the modifications affect your ability to get it inspected? I live in NY state we don't have emissions (tailpipe) testing but we do have to connect the OBDII port to the state system. I'm wondering if it sees modded firmware it will fail.

I went with the Alientech Powergate 4 tool. But that’s only because I have a secondary monitoring system for EGT’s and the VGT commanded and actual positions. If you don’t have a secondary monitoring system for those. I’d go with the EZLynk, cause that one doubles as a monitoring system/tuner.

As to whether or not the state would be able to find modified ecu files when testing the vehicle. I’m not too sure. I’d assume that when they do that, they are checking for Cel history, and if they can, flashed history. Just as a piece of insight.. I can look on my app for the Powergate tool and see what I’ve flashed throughout the use of the tool.

So they do check for emission systems readiness. What happens when you tune; the tuner makes your sensors and emissions equipment in a “not ready” mode. And if there is too many “not ready” on emissions equipment, your vehicle will fail.

I don't know why they just don't take the exhaust from after the scr rather than right off the manifold.
