Tire issue

This tire either has a broken belt or was a bad press. This is the way it looked from day 1. I get a lot of road vibration from it...

Yea that's not right. Would be replacing that ASAP.

Mentioned to Service Manager when I spoke to him about alignment issue,. I'll be having them order me a new tire...
