Wheres the winch go on Iron Bull bumper?

I just got my Iron Bull bumper. I expected a winch plate/mounting bracket inside the bumper....theres nothing. Anybody have any idea where i bolt the winch to? Do i have to fab my own mounting plate/bracket? This sucks. I feel ripped off for ordering a "winch bumper" that has no place to mount the winch....it has the fairlead cut out but no mounting surface inside. Thoughts?

I figured it out. I feel dumb. The winch actually mounts upside down (90 degrees) and to the inside front of the bumper.

Heres where it goes. I thought it would mount flat...not laying on its "back" but it doesnt matter..still pulls the same i guess

Got the Iron Bull bumper installed. Went fairly smooth. Grade 8 1/2 inch nuts n bolts. Had to open the holes a tad. Not really happy with the gap behind the headlight. Its about an inch gap. Oh well.

Heres my favorite mod....i drilled a couple little holes in the bumper and fabbed a new bracket for the control box so i dont have to crawl under it to plug my temote in..

Looks great, I love how they did the finish of the bumper. Did you call and ask about the gap? I'm assuming it can't be adjusted at all?

Im going to shim the bottom with some washers....should close the gap

Yes. I shimmed the bottom bolts with three washers and that closed the gap nicely.
