Normally when they fail you end up with oil in the coolant resivoir

Sludgey/Carbony oil near back of intake manifold

Looks like you’re referring to the turbo outlet going into the hit side intercooler pipe. The connection has a o ring style gasket in it and overtime the vibrations wear the rubber down. Mine has done the same thing, but coated much worse. Unfortunately I’m unaware if you can find just the o...

    Nitrogen Air ride

Could probably talk to a local hvac company, every van has a tank on it and can probably do it! I was under the impression they were compressed air not nitrogen.

Think my turbo vanes are sticking

Update 1- Found boost leak at turbo outlet where the factory intercooler line connects to the outlet. I knew I had some bypass after the aftermarket kit was installed, but I guess it has gotten worse. Time to get creative!

Think my turbo vanes are sticking

Well, at 179k miles, I believe my turbo vanes are sticking, or my actuator is bad. Haven’t dug too far into it yet, but it seems like the vanes are staying open, not allowing boost to build/ slow to spool up. I will keep everyone up to date with my findings as I plan to start with my map sensor...

    Need help

Could be the vanes on your turbo acting up. Mine used to do it around 2k rpm with a load and it has since gone away. Almost sounded like the turbo was cavitating

    Harmonic Balancer Bolt

I’d assume it’s righty loosy lefty tighty, I’m not 100% sure though. Let us know if you get it! A few guys here have rebuilt them so someone may chime In

    Harmonic Balancer Bolt

A good thick walled impact socket and high powered impact and I would think it would come off. I know Honda engines require an extra thick wall socket to come off, not sure if ours do or not.

    How many miles?

    Turbo

That could be most of your issue. If the dpf is sooted up, you’re not going to move the right volume to boost properly. I’d suggest parking it until you’re completely gutted. I’m suprised you aren’t throwing codes

Any ABS Control Module failures out there?!?!?

I haven’t had any recall done since I bought it. My truck won’t see a dealer again unless I sell it based off my prior experience lol

Any ABS Control Module failures out there?!?!?

I believe mine is starting to fail or a connection issue somewhere. 177,xxx miles on mine. From time to time, no rhyme or reason my service electronic throttle kicks on and truck goes into limp mode. Believe it’s either abs module or steering control module, but I reset the error and it could be...

I could really use teamwork and help with this

Drill the bolts out and use standard grade 8 bolts and nuts with spring lock nuts

    LED map light fix hack!

There’s a YouTube video of a guy using cheap Amazon led panels, I did it to mine 4 years ago and they are just now giving me issues. Good news is they come with enough to last me a lifetime lol

    Regen ?

Most likely it won’t. That new i would take it to the dealer

    Service electronic throttle control

I believe when replacing the pedal assembly, you need Alfa obd or dealer to reprogram the new pedal

    Bad air

Potentially not enough oxygen? That’s a weird one but I’d check the code and see what it is!
