Tc, is there anyway to do like a high flow fuel filter between the pump and rail to keep out the crap?

It says on their listing it won’t stop the pump from failing, but it will save your injectors and rail from debris. Not sure exactly what they’re doing unless they’re shooting it back to the tank

That’s a snazzy idea, I don’t see why you wouldn’t be able to find room for it.

Drain your tank out and pray you caught it before it made it into the fuel system. How much did you pump in?

Most likely there’s moisture in the compressor if I had to take a guess

Don’t think muffler is going to affect you

Check your exhaust clamp on the passenger side of the motor, or possibly the boot coming off of the turbo has worked it’s way loose just by coincidence

Alfaobd is an android app, or windows computer downloadable program. It’s 50$ for lifetime access per download. You will also need to purchase a wireless obd interface. I found mine on Amazon for under 30$.

Eco beat me to it! I believe Alfa allows for up to 35’s but I could be wrong. If you take your truck to dealer after any changes using alfaobd, if they reprogram your rig it will revert back to factory tire size since that is the dealer coding line they have on file.

Just wanted to add some pics. Rear seats will need to be unbolted, and lifted slightly to unhook the rear sliders to let it fold down. Mine is a 2014, so if you start experiencing water, this may be your culprit and only way to find out is remove the bed or seats.

Alfaobd is only windows/ android. Their software is as close to dealers as you can get for under 150$ when you factor in the software ($50) and wireless obd connector $30-100)

If you have a computer or android device you can check into alfaobd and force a regen with it along with a wireless obd adapter. Tcdiesel will know more about this matter
