So did you get a new one and have the dealer flash it to your truck ?

Did they flash a used ECM to work in your truck or did I miss something.

I called Canada about three weeks ago they said that they could not take a use ECU and program it to my truck. I also called HD diesel supply and the person I spoke to told me that they did not perform that service as well.

When will it be back up ?

Check the EGR cooler located on the passenger side front of the engine near the air filter cover . See if you see water running down the side of the block.

I need something sooner than that if you hear of anyone that has a method to tune a use ECM to your your truck please update the site.

I would like to know IF any one knows how I can put a used ECM in my truck and have the used ECM tune to work in my truck. I do not want to go to the dealer so I am looking for HELP from any one on this site that can help me.

You stated that you have a new ECM from the dealer, how did you get it programed to the truck. Did the dealer program it for you or did you find another way to program the new ECM to the truck.

Last month the EPA just about shut down GDE and all the other aftermarket tunes with their EPA regulations.

The EPA shut down GDE and a lot of the other aftermarket tuning companies last month, so I don’t know of any company that’s gonna be able to help you at this time.
