I've seen it posted here a few times were the dealer said they had gas in their fuel, and I would agree.. I think you would of had issues since you drove it that far. Now, it's your word against the dealers.
How long ago was it before you filled up? Usually if it happen 24 hours out from you finding out you had gas in your tank, go back to that same pump and pump out 5 gals, have it checked. If at fault, make the station pay!
How often is it becoming 100%? I've heard/seen of bad DPF when it just wears out and has to be replaced. I'm assuming you do get some highway time often to help keep it clean?

Sticker on the ECM maybe? Otherwise not without some expensive equipment to pull the tune and see what's there... even then you'd need the skill/experience to know what you're looking for.
