    misfires on new 2020 ecodiesel

Yes Sir, no one is being upfront on the matter. I am a "do what you say you are going to do" kind of guy. No one is doing that at the dealership or FCA, just one big circle. Luckily yes, I am on my fourth rental so far.

    misfires on new 2020 ecodiesel

Just a local dealership, no real connections or relationships that I feel could help press the issue. FCA is saying to handle it through the dealership and the dealership is saying it is completely out of their control, that it is a FCA decision on whether to replace the truck or not. Just a big...

    misfires on new 2020 ecodiesel

TC - I see your point 100% and agree. All my research lead me to believe this generation of the 3.0VM had addressed the known issues. Sure wasn't the first time I have been wrong and I am sure not the last. Boy have I learned how FCA takes care of their customers though, that is worse than...

    misfires on new 2020 ecodiesel

Bergie - I hope you are having much better luck with FCA than I have. It has been a complete and utter joke this far. No calls back, everyone blaming everyone else. Unprofessional on a level I have never experienced in my 50+ years. I will let an attorney handle it from here on out for us. We...

    misfires on new 2020 ecodiesel

Certainly not good news!! Hopefully the dealership is giving you something comparable to drive while you wait possibly months for the parts. Good luck and keep us updated.

    misfires on new 2020 ecodiesel

I am in complete agreement with you, worked in body shops all through high school and college. Even with all the specialized equipment, it isn't factory. The cab has been removed twice and now an entirely new engine. I am working with them now to see how it goes. I do not want to do the whole...

    misfires on new 2020 ecodiesel

Bergie, while not an EGR issue, my 2020 with 300 miles is at the dealership for a complete new engine. Oil leak that could not be fixed, so I am assuming an issue with the casting or machining of the block. No new engines in the US according to the dealership. Not good at all.....

Who has a 2020 eco? Any issues yet?

Update on my 2020 with less than 300 miles on it. Dealer called today and it needs a new motor, problem with the block. Going later this week to see in person.

Who has a 2020 eco? Any issues yet?

2020 Bighorn Off-road Sport package with 280 miles. Oil leak from upper oil pan at 35 miles. Finally got it back yesterday and it is all fixed for now. I came from a Ford F250 diesel and am really enjoying this truck so far. Hopefully that's my bad luck out of the way early. I have had no lag or...

    2020 EcoDiesel oil leak

Just an update, got the truck back yesterday and all is well. Parts took way longer to get here than originally thought. Cab off procedure and they created a couple of fuel line leaks in the process but at the end of the day, everything is fixed and not leaking. All wire ties, grommets and...

    2020 EcoDiesel oil leak

Update from the dealer, upper oil pan gasket. Part is on order and should be there this Friday or Saturday. Will update once I have it back and if that solves the leak.

    2020 EcoDiesel oil leak

New member here and first post....coming from a crew cab Powerstroke and so far loving my 2020 1500 Ecodiesel. Unfortunately at 35, yes 35 miles, it developed an oil leak. I cleaned it up a few times and tried to monitor/locate where it was coming from. Finally took it to the dealer at 205...
