My 2016 has 193,000 km on it. Nothing major until now. Leaking egr cooler. Part alone is $2900 plus tax. Opted to go full delete. Better fuel economy, torque horsepower and a much better running engine. For the money I spent to buy this longhorn I am hoping to get 5-700 thousand km on it

Daily driver along with wood hauling in the middle portion of the fall.

DTCs thrown P2080 and P24C2. Exhaust temperature sensor and actuator replaced. Actuator replaced under warranty. Exhaust temperature sensor, labor, and shop supplies totaled $643.63.

I was reading the Extended Emission Warranty 3.0L Diesel document they provided. The exhaust temperature sensor should have been covered. I guess I'll be making a call Monday.

2018 RAM 1500 Lonestar EcoDiesel 35,500 miles. had the CEL light come on one time while on a trip to Nebraska. Drove it 800 miles back to Texas. Had the dealership check it and they could not locate a cause. Got the light off and haven't had another issue. Great truck. Fairly consistant 27/28mpg on the highway. I never let the DEF or Fuel tank get below 1/2 tank.

2016 Lonestar Ecodiesel. About to hit 64,000 miles.
EGR Cooler replaced at 62K during visit for AEM flash due to discovered leak.
Rambox locks keep breaking :(
Also, after reviewing my paperwork just now, apparently during service they got a Turbo boost sensor error... Said the sensor was saturated with soot.. never even told me about it.

Other than that, been a solid vehicle. Hope it goes the distance as I plan to drive it till it dies, or becomes too expensive to maintain (crossing my fingers that the air suspension doesnt go out at 101K once my warranty is done)

55,000 miles. All maintenance done at the dealership when scheduled. So far an EGR problem and then two weeks ago a hole melted through the intake manifold and they had to replace the manifold. A told of 8 service lights have come on in the 55,000 miles, that has required the truck to be brought into the shop for a half day or so for them to trouble shoot. Usually an emission light.

2014 broke 200,000 and did not get a pic. let shoot for 300k only 190k to go. truck still going strong oil changes every 13-15k had to do a clean out of the DPF but not really sure it needed it. think problem is else where, like in the DEF injector, so I bought an OBD reader so now when check engine light comes on I just reset it and go about my day.

Brad I take it your motor blew at 78k and now you have 15k on the new one and are over your 100k warranty? Did they give you option of purchasing an extended or 100k warranty on the new engine? Does it run bad and what tune do you have?

2014 eco with 133k currently.
I have put 20k on it and other than oil and filter changes and fuel filter changes I have only had to do #4 glowplug.

Just got service records from previous owner in New Jersey...

Truck had intake, egr tube, water pump, fuel pump, fuel pump metering valve, fuel pump module, water bypass tube, oh and the air filter was plugged and forced truck into limp mode and dealer had to force a regen...

They only keep 24 months of records so who knows what else was done 🙃
