    EPA holding 2017 Diesels hostage

I do believe FCA turned in certification to the powers to be on the 3.0 in Ram and GC today, from what I have been reading.

    EPA holding 2017 Diesels hostage

Right is right and wrong is wrong, that is what TC is saying I believe and he is showing (telling) what he has to prove it. Some people like GDE some people do not like GDE, I do not see that being relevant here, could be wrong, but for me I do my homework and I know what ever I do to my truck...

    EPA holding 2017 Diesels hostage

Bobcat 67, I was commenting on justluck MPG statement, that all advertised MPG is just that, advertised, how manufactures get that is not how I drive, I cannot speak for other people, but when I am on the road, I can see most people do not drive the way manufactures got the advertised MPG,

    EPA holding 2017 Diesels hostage

GM, Ford are in the same boat, as Ram when it comes to MPG, when it comes to driving it, unless you drive it 55. It has been that way for years, I will say this, the 1500 ECO diesel is among best MPG truck I have had in a very long time,

How many miles on your ecodiesel and have you had any problems?

Barney, when you get the Regen message, are you also seeing a message to drive truck at highway speed to clean sys. You should be getting that, if not you may have a problem, if you are you just take it out and run it long enough to clean it. Check your owners manual and it will show you the...

    Auto head lights and HIDs

ED owners running HIDs, looking at getting HIDs for low beams, do the HIDs work well with the auto mode of the lights. I know you cannot use DRL with HIDs. But have not heard any comment on auto head lights. Thanks

EcoDiesels now under scrutiny for emissions defeat device?

I have a hard time believing the 8 AECD's the EPA is complaining about is the same as VW issue, most of these are there to protect engine, after reading the NOV. I believe FCA just did not make them available in the cert for this truck. For most part that is how I am reading this and FCA i think...

    Oil Spec Recall/TSB - Grounds for Class-Action?

I would think, we'll I will say I am going to run oil with what the manufacturer specs out for this truck, while under warranty, and will probably continue after warranty is up, i like the oil, that blog is good reading and people might learn some things they did not know. Just do not let them...

Also you need to take into account of cold start ups, with different viscosity oils.
