I come across a post on FB today the message they got was they are evaluating the current circumstances of the new EPA regulations and aren't taking calls as this time. I haven't tried calling, so take it with a grain of salt..

Welcome! I'm in Nashville area, but I don't know of anyone anymore that does the deletes. It seems to be a thing of the past.. perhaps you can do it yourself? It's not a terrible job, but you need some mechanical knowledge.
