    Welcome @JMCB . I wish I had the magic answer for you, but it seems that error code is tough to solve as the dealer just throws parts at it and hope it runs ok. If you've lost confidence, trade it in before the warranty is up.

    Welcome! Each time I change my oil, after 1 startup it's black as well. Normal for a diesel like @lucskoj said. Enjoy the EcoDiesel and read around. We've got plenty of info!

    Minor hesitations and odd regens

    Do you enough long distance trips in to actually regen? if so, perhaps your DPF might be malfunctioning causing frequent regens. Should be under warranty still (at least 80KM is 49709 Miles, in the states).
